Concentrated description of how ZINES are created in Chinese Sweatshop Remember the Chinese girl who's obsessed with papers? She had this idea of creating newsletters for friends and family in Hong Kong soon after moving to the States. She really should have printed the newsletters on papers but instead, she did it in her head only! So now, she writes down whatever she has to share on napkins, envelopes, notebooks or computer. And she arranges the writing in nice layouts accompanying with artworks and whatever that goes. Then she prints and edition and present them in her very own artsy way. This whole process is very similar to sweatshop activities if not the same. |
